Costa del Paradise believe it is vitally important that anyone wishing to live on a Residential Style Park in Spain in a beautiful Mobile home or Park home, should get a taste of the dream that awaits them.
They attach a great importance to their Inspection Trip service as this gives clients the opportunity to see THE PARK, THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT when buying a Mobile Home or Park Home abroad.
The Park, it's facilities and location should be the primary consideration. There is certainly no problem in finding a home, from their extensive range, that would be suitable.
COSTA DEL PARADISE GUARANTEE the visits are COMPLETELY HASSLE FREE.
* They pick up clients on arrival at the airport and bring them to our park
* Depending on the time of arrival and with what the clients want to do they act accordingly.
* The second day is taken at leisure at leisure and time is given for clients to take in the feelings of the park and to be able to see the plots available and literally stand on the plots and see the wonderful surrounding.The rest of the day they will take you to the surrounding areas, the villages and towns etc.
* On the Third Day depending on time before the return flight they will see what the client wishes to do. If a client wishes to reserve a plot this can easily be done. The process for reservation is as follows:
The reservation fee is only 500€ for a 2 month period, this can be done up to 3 times in total so long as the client continues to buy a mobile home on this park,the amounts paid are deducted from the cost of the home.After the total of 6 months the rent for the plot becomes payable.
The cost of the visit is £55.00 per person for 2 nights accommodation with breakfast.
If a client decides not to continue with a purchase of a home any monies paid under the reservation process or any rents paid are Non Refundable.
There are no demonstration Mobile Homes on the park so with regards to viewing the mobile homes or park homes this can be arranged in the following ways
• To see the full range of the Park Homes or Mobile Homes which are manufactured in the UK it may be best to view these in the initial stages at the manufacturer’s sites or at parks or exhibitions in the UK. Costa Del Paradise will only be too pleased to assist in this process.
At no time will there be any hard selling techniques nor will there be any pressure.
